Evening watercolor

Tard le soir, j'ai joué avec ma boîte d'aquarelle. Pour essayer de rendre la lumière particulière de l'abat-jour, j'ai appliqué plusieurs glacis transparents de couleurs primaires: un jaune, un rouge et finalement un bleu. Attention, il faut toujours commencer par placer le jaune, qui n'est transparent que lorsqu'il est utilisé en premier. Dans mon dessin, j'ai malheureusement essayé de rajouter du jaune par après, mais c'était une erreur.

Voici deux autres dessins, totalement différents, du même sujet: a l'encre sépia et au marqueur .

Late in the evening, I played with my watercolours. I tried to render the special light of the lamp and I applied several transparent layers of primary colors: a yellow, a red and finally a blue. Attention, it is important to start with the yellow. Unfortunately, I tried to add yellow afterwards, but it was a mistake.
